Festival Traffic

Those who are driving however are advised to allow extra time for their journeys on the A12 and the A145 which are likely to be busy as festival goers head towards Henham Park for fun and frivolities.

It’s important to note that peak traffic flows are likely during the afternoon of Thursday 17th July and the morning of Friday 18th July as festival goers arrive on site. Most traffic is expected to depart the site late in the evening on Sunday 20th July and before noon on Monday 21st July.

Here is some helpful information to get all Latitude-ers to and from the festival as smoothly and quickly as possible, and minimise disruption to the road network and ensure regular road users are affected as little as possible.

• The routes to the festival will be well signposted and have been publicised by the organisers via promotional literature, the internet and in written information sent out with all tickets to the event.
• Those travelling from the south on the A12 will be directed straight into site from the A12.
• Those travelling from the Lowestoft direction on the A12 and day ticket holders will be directed straight into site from the A145 via Middle Barn Lane which connects the A12 and the A145
• Those travelling south on the A145 from the Beccles direction will be directed straight into site from the A145.
• Temporary speed limits of 30mph will be in force along the A145 and A12 in the vicinity of the gates into site.
